Terms of service

These terms govern your use of the Concierge Connect platform. By creating an account, using the dashboard, or submitting a reservation through the platform, you agree to them. If you are using the platform on behalf of a business, you agree to them on that business’s behalf.

The service

Concierge Connect lets restaurants receive and manage reservation requests, and lets hotel concierges refer guests and track the rewards they earn. Reservations are requests, not guarantees; a restaurant decides whether to confirm, decline, or cancel each one.

Accounts

• Restaurants are responsible for keeping their dashboard credentials confidential and for activity that happens under their account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current.
• Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to access data that is not yours, disrupting the service, submitting fraudulent reservations, or manipulating referral rewards. We may suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these terms.

Referral rewards

Rewards earned by hotel partners (stars) reflect referral activity recorded in the platform. Their value and how they are honored are set by the participating restaurant. Unless a restaurant states otherwise, rewards have no cash value and may be adjusted to correct errors, no-shows, or fraud.

Intellectual property

The platform, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Concierge Connect. These terms do not grant you any right to use them except as needed to use the service.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concierge Connect will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or if we discontinue the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
