Concierge Connect is a reservation and referral platform used by restaurants and the hotel concierges who refer guests to them. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the platform, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to guests who submit reservation requests, restaurant staff who use the dashboard, and hotel partners who view their referral activity.
Information we collect
- Reservation details you submit through a booking form: name, email, phone number, party size, requested date and time, and any notes.
- Referral information: which hotel partner sent a guest, and whether a reservation was confirmed or redeemed.
- Account information for restaurants and partners, such as business name and the credentials used to sign in.
- Technical data needed to operate the service, including a session cookie that keeps a dashboard user signed in.
How we use information
- To deliver reservation requests to the correct restaurant and let staff confirm, decline, or cancel them.
- To attribute a booking to the referring hotel and track the rewards earned for guests who dine.
- To let a guest view or change their own reservation through the link they receive.
- To secure the dashboard and prevent unauthorized access to guest information.
How information is shared
A guest’s reservation is shared with the restaurant they booked. Limited referral information (such as whether a referred guest showed up) is shared with the referring hotel partner; partners do not receive a guest’s full contact details. We use a small number of service providers to run the platform, including our database and hosting provider and our email provider, and they process data only on our behalf. We do not sell personal information.
Data storage and security
Information is stored in a managed database with access restricted to the server side of the application. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Retention
We keep reservation and referral records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet the operational and record-keeping needs of the participating restaurant. We remove or anonymize information when it is no longer required.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below. Restaurants and partners can also manage much of their own data directly within the dashboard.
Children
The platform is intended for restaurants, hotels, and their adult guests. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page.
