How to use Concierge Connect

One platform, three sides. Find the short guide for how you use it below — whether you run the restaurant, work the concierge desk, or are booking a table.

For restaurants

Take reservations from every hotel that refers you, and see which ones fill your tables.

  1. 1

    Sign in to your dashboard

Use your email and password at the restaurant sign-in. Every hotel referral and direct booking lands here in one place.

  2. 2

    Confirm or decline requests

Each request shows the guest, party size, time, and referring hotel. Confirm or decline in a tap — declines automatically email the guest with a walk-in invitation.

  3. 3

    Add your hotel partners

On the Partners page, add each hotel. Every partner gets a booking link and QR code for their desk, plus a private dashboard of their own.

  4. 4

    Reward the concierges

A hotel earns a star each time one of its guests actually dines. You set what a star is worth and can issue a gift card — the concierge sees it on their dashboard.

For hotel concierges

Recommend the restaurant, and your guest books in seconds. Watch your rewards add up.

  1. 1

    Get your access code

The restaurant sends you a short access code. Enter it on the registration page to create your own login with your email and a password.

  2. 2

    Share your booking link

Hand a guest your QR card or send your booking link. They book on their phone — no app, no account.

  3. 3

    Earn a star per diner

Every guest who shows up and dines earns you a star. Your dashboard shows stars earned, their dollar value, and every referral you have sent.

  4. 4

    Redeem your rewards

The restaurant issues your gift card against the rewards you have earned. The code appears on your dashboard, ready to use.

For guests

Book a table your hotel recommends, in under a minute.

  1. 1

    Scan or tap the link

Scan the QR card at the concierge desk, or tap the link they share. It opens a simple booking form.

  2. 2

    Choose your details

Pick a date, time, and party size, and add your name and contact. That is it — no account to create.

  3. 3

    Get confirmed

The restaurant reviews your request and emails you back to confirm. If a time is full, walk-ins are always welcome.

Common questions

Do guests need to download an app?

No. Guests book on a normal web page from a QR scan or a link. Restaurants and concierges can optionally add the dashboard to their home screen, but it is never required.

What does a “star” mean?

A star is a reward a hotel earns each time a guest it referred actually dines. The restaurant sets what each star is worth in dollars, and can issue a gift card for the total earned.

Is a concierge account tied to one restaurant?

Yes. An access code links a concierge’s login to the specific hotel and restaurant it came from. A concierge who refers to more than one restaurant gets a separate code and login for each.

What happens when a reservation is declined?

The guest is emailed automatically, letting them know the requested time is full and that walk-ins are welcome. Any hotel discount they were offered still applies.

Who can see a guest’s details?

Only the restaurant sees full guest contact details. A hotel concierge sees just a first name and last initial for the referrals they sent — enough to recognize a guest, never the full record.

Still need a hand?
